It’s that testing season prep time again. This year we have two great items to share with you and your students. Once again, Flamingo Math has created a single-page AP Calculus Exam Review document that contains clickable links and QR Codes for content specific study tools and AP Practice Video links. Be sure to take advantage of these FREE RESOURCES.

This year’s review package includes a review schedule beginning the week of April 7th with recommendations for suggested topics of study along with some new handouts for you and your students that focus on TASK VERBS for FRQ’s and FREE RESPONSE TASK MODEL TYPES. Whether you have planned review days or students who prefer to work at their own pace, you will have extra support and ideas to share here.
If you are new to the AP instructional world, here are some recommendations for a 4th Quarter Portfolio approach.
1. Take Home Multiple Choice Questions
2. Free Response Focus Topics – Teaching Calculus Blog (Lin McMullin)
3. Provide In Class Topics – Target Practice
4. Hold a MOCK AP EXAM Practice Session
5. Host Saturday Review Sessions
You can read about my Student Portfolio approach here.

Another fun approach to review is the week long Digital Escape Room for the AP Calculus AB Topics:

Just begin, the possibilities for review are neverending. Flamingo Math and all our team wish you great success!
